Fruit and puree would be 1:1 unless the fruit has stones. Juice would depend on the fruit

Did ask my wife. She made a pie with puree peaches. 1lbs peaches Equals puree to 1 cup peaches. Maybe easy. Buy. A scale. And just calculate. The fruit. Puree the fruit untill you do reach. 1 lbs
