I bought some cider that is “lightly pasteurized.” I was wonder if this will work or should I just go out and buy some unpasteurized cider?
There are no preservatives in the cider. Forgot to add that in the original post. Just apples and lightly pasteurized.
It shouldn’t be an issue. I never had any problems.
