Had this on tap at a gastropub in Dallas this past weekend. Wow. A whole lot going on in this saison. The depth of flavor was amazing.
I had the barrel aged version up at their tasting room in Paso Robles, and it was really good. Highly recommend.
I actually thought the yeast esters were subdued, making it more drinkable. I’m normally not a fan of saison, but enjoyed the subtle flavors in this one.
