FG in my Oatmeal Stout

Hi All,
quick question. Just did the partial mash oatmeal stout with a yeast starter. OG was dead on at 1.049. After a week and a half in the primary my FG is at 1.016. Seems a little high on the FG side. Should I be worried, pitch more yeast , or just leave as is and I’ll be fine ( I am thinking this)?

Thanks,
RSN

That FG is normal good job rack it.

Vital Statistics: OG: 1.048 – 1.065

IBUs: 25 – 40 FG: 1.010 – 1.018

SRM: 22 – 40 ABV: 4.2 – 5.9%

From bjcp oatmeal stout guidelines.

Looks good to me. Especially with extract.

I like my oatmeal stouts a little thicker than the BCJP advises… 1.016-1.022 is what I’d shoot for.

Basically, an oatmeal stout is one of, if not the most sweet of the stout styles. Should always finish with a higher than average gravity. Yours does not seem that high to me at all. Should be tasty.
