Fermentaion

I brewed a Delirious Double IPA - All Grain. I’ve brewed several extract brews & this was my 1st attempt an all grain brew & I follow the instructions to the letter. I fermented in a glass carboy & saw no visible signs of fermentation. I let it ferment for a week, & moved the beer to a second fermentation vessel & still observed any active fermentation. Is this beer ruined? Is there anything I can do to fix this? Should I attempt to bottle it in hopes that it isn’t bad beer or just dump it?

What was the original gravity? What is the current gravity?

Also, one week in primary seems rushed.

Still, no krausen? Definitely need more information.
