Hello folks

Can someone advise do I need to remove my airlock before extracting a sample from an SS Brewtech Chronical fermenter ?

No you don’t. Pulling a sample will not create enough vacuum to cause you problems. When you keg you’ll need to figure something out because it will create enough vacuum.

I use vodka in my air locks so if some comes into my fermenter it doesn’t matter!

I’ve not used an air locker for many years… Blow off tube start to end…
