Hey Guys,
Trying to replicate Almanac’s Golden Gate Gose as an extract brew. Here is what I am thinking. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
2 lbs acidulated malt (for steeping grains)
6.0 lbs Wheat malt extract
1 lb Pilsen Light DME
1 oz Liberty Hops (60 min)
1 oz Coriander (10min)
1 oz San Fran Sea Salt (10min)
Dry Hop with Lemon Verbena
Wyeast 3724 Belgian Saison Yeast
