It’s labor day and my yeast is Dead, believe me it is dead got set on a hot stove!
I already brewed, can I put it in a bucket and get yeast in the morning to add to it?
Any one have to do this before? What are my chances?
Help!
Live2Drink (I hope I get to drink this brew!)

I will let others more wise chime in, but I would think that you could bring it back to a boil tomorrow for 10 minutes to sterilize it, cool and pitch your yeast.

If your sanitation is good, sitting in the fermenter overnight before you pitch yeast isn’t that big of a deal.

You should be fine. I very rarely pitch on the same day I brew. Try keep it on the cool side.
