Dry Irish Stout Extract

I’ve been meaning to brew the Dry Irish Stout Extract kit in time for St. Patrick’s Day but things have gotten in the way of me starting it. Per the directions if I go with the short end of everything (1 wk primary, 2 wks secondary, 1 wk bottle) it’ll be ready, but does anyone know if this beer is typically any good going with the minimum times? I know it varies from session to session, but is there even a chance it might be decent?
Thanks,
Brian

Just do 2 weeks primary and then bottle it.

Thanks! I’ll do that!

, but be sure you have reached final gravity before you bottle.

I brewed this one Jan 21, left it just over 2 weeks primary. It’s been in secondary 9 days now…I was going to go two weeks secondary but I’m thinking I may bottle it up any day now…It tasted great when I racked to secondary!

Have a plan B - I think this kit needs a lot of time in the bottle for the Cluster hops to back down a little.
