So I went out to water my garden today, and I found that my newly planted hops were stripped of thier leaves. Futher investigation revealed several clumps of grassy dog vomit in the yard. I saw the hop leaves in these clumps. I have read the issues with hop cones and dogs, but never saw any stuff on the leaves of the plants. Is this an issue? Both my dogs haven’t shown any sign of distress for 24hrs or so. I just don’t want this to happen again when the leaves are larger and more abundant. Thanks
Well if your dogs are doing well that is good to hear. Still, I would fence it off. If not for your dogs safety for your hops.
