how long in the primary? did you secondary? I was just going to leave it in the primary for 4 weeks and bottle, I am already at terminal gravity 1.012 at 2 weeks. I plan to cork most of these for christmas gifts next year, so they’ll be in the cellar for a while.

I’d either give it a couple more weeks in primary, or a couple weeks in secondary. My first choice would be to leave it in primary. Your choice.
