I had the pleasure of drinking a glass of the Belgium Holiday brew –Delirium Noel this past Christmas Season. This tasty brew instantly became one of my favorite sipping beers. I would love to try to make up a batch for next Christmas. Any ideas how I can get a clone recipe for this beer? I know the description for the brew on the drink menu said that it was made with several holiday spices so I anticipate that it would be a difficult beer to duplicate without some kind of recipe.
