Dead Ringer IPA in Secondary too long?

I have a 5 gallon batch of Dead RInger in a secondary. I am about four weeks into the Secondary phase. The biggest part of my concern is the dry hopping step for this recipe. I wonder if the hops are getting skunky in the batch. Is it too late to bottle? Do I dump this and move on?

I would taste it before dumping…

If it tastes good, get it into the bottles. If not, then you can dump it and try again. I always taste before I consider tossing it out.
