Does anyone have recipes or ideas to make something like Dos Equis amber or Modello Negro? Closest I think I can find is Phat Tyre? Thanks,- Bob

These are very close to Vienna lagers. So, take any Oktoberfest recipe and lighten it up a bit with some flaked maize and a lower temp mash, say 148°.
