D 47 in a cider

Just made a gallon of cider with this yeast, anybody used this before? I’ve read good things about it for mead but not sure about cider.

I’ve had great luck with it in cider.

I made a batch of this earlier in the year (July) and it turned out nice. Initial flavor profile was “white wine” like a pinot grigio. I was disappointed that it was not very crisp, but truthfully probably the flavor matched the description from lalvin. Now a couple of months later the wine-y character has aged out and it is more balanced and the apple flavor is starting to come through.
