I got some responses for my detroit trip, so I figured I would see if anyone has a good recommendation for Calgary?
From the sounds of it Calgary has a small up and coming brewing scene (which I know absolutely nothing about).
For years the mainstay coming out of Calgary was Big Rock. This would pretty much be the only Alberta brewery know to us in other parts of the country. Circa late 80s early 90s I think. Worth a look see, but I’m sure they have much smaller start ups that would interest me more.
I am actually very interested to see what you find when you are there.
