What steeping grain will give me a good copper color?
Depends on a lot of thinks like how big of a batch, what your grain bill looks like ect… But crystal 40-80 can give you a copper color depending on how much you use. Even a small amount of a dark malt like midnight wheat or carafa II.
Cara 45 will give a nice copper color if enough is used. Use a little dark Munich along with it if you want a deeper color.
Small quantities of roasted barley will give you a red/copper color as well.
