How much and what kind of lme or dme would I use in an extract brew if the allgrain recipe calls for 6 lbs of pilsner? I’d like to brew Clawhammers Single hop lemon drop.Thanks. Dan the Man

It’s all in here…

Knowing the efficiency of the recipe is an added bonus of this conversion method,

6 pounds grain x .6 (DME 75% efficiency conversion) = 3.6 lbs of DME
6 pounds grain x .73 (LME 75% efficiency conversion = 4.38 lbs LME
