I’ve been watching the evolution of this beer since the BTV episode featuring Jeremy harvesting wild yeast in his garage. Had a sample at Lakefront when they had the first batches on tap. Last Thursday Lakefront released “Wisconsinite” using all local products including Jeremie’s yeast. Purchased a six pack for Mother’s day and it’s all gone. A very mild hefeweizen with a really nice depth of flavors.
I bought a six pack on Friday and I really enjoy it. Is was especially good well chilled with a hot off the grill burger.
I was wondering with a fellow brewing friend today if NB would be selling the yeast.
