Here is my question. I use ball and pen lock kegs and have for long time. What i was wondering is there a way to keg using the comercial 1/6 barrel keg you get from the liquor store?
Sure. You need a sanke coupler to carb and serve. They’re a bit tougher to clean, but if you search, you can see how to disassemble and clean.
There are cleaning couplers so you don’t have to remove the spear. I’ve heard of people removing the gas check valve and cleaning/filling through it.
I just disassemble and fill.
