Cold IPA

Anybody brew a cold IPA apparently becoming a thing. It appears to be a cream ale like base flaked corn is required then hopped like an IPA. Lager yeast is an option. But clarity is also important. Apparently its the anti hazy

It’s a nice fad that will blow over in a couple months. If they sold any around here I’d try one, with low expectations. But I haven’t seen it yet.

In Brewfather after reading the articles in CBB about it. Have not pulled the trigger yet. Thought it was worth a shot.

Not yet. I am waiting for my grains to ship for my cold IPA. I am going to use some wind under modified wind malt in the grain bill with lunar crush lager yeast. Trying to bump up the thiols.
