I have a good chocolate stout recipe I’ve brewer a few times. I use one cup of Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder in the boil for the full 60 minutes. I’ve seen where some people add it at flameout. What is the difference in effect on boil time of cocoa powder.
Interesting…I might have to try this sometime. I love stout and I LOVE chocolate (just ask my wife…I like chocolate more than most women) What size batch is this amount of cocoa for?
