Where do you purchase and refill your CO2 tanks?

I bought a new tank from NB, but I get my refills locally from a fire supply store. $13 for a 10lb tank. You could also look up Airgas or welding supply stores.

Got my tank from Beveragefactory.com. Get it refilled at a fire & safely shop for around $20 for 20lb tank.

got my tank and swaps from Minneapolis Oxygen. $75 for a new full tank, and around $14 for exchange

I picked up my 20lb tank w/ current cert. on CL. Got my 5lb tank in a trade.
Exchange my 20lb tank at Airgas. Trade a 6pack of homebrew to fill the 5lber at a paintball shop.

I got a 20-pound CO2 tank on eBay for cheap, and the whole hydrostatic testing thing was moot because I exchanged it at Minneapolis Oxygen.

Welding shops and Fire Extinguisher shop will sell you tanks and fill them.

You can also keep an eye out on craigslist.

Bought my shiny new 5lb tank from micromatic, for about half what NB is asking for them.
