Brewed NB’s EPA extract kit for the 4th time and something happened that has not happened before. The brew is very cloudy (not chill haze). I am not sure why the brew did not clear like the other batches. Has anyone come across this problem before?
I just had my first nb epa tonight. It was a little cloudy but tasted fabulous. I left it in the secondary for 1 week before bottling. After 1 week in the bottle it was very cloudy and under carbonated but now it is 75% clearer after 2 more weeks in the bottle. I will be brewing this beer again.
how long has it been in the bottle?
chill it and give it another week. need more info…
