I had a friend cut down a keg and weld back together… isn’t pretty, but doesn’t leak and it has worked fine. Well, until I didn’t have any cleaner to put in it. /:

What hardware do you run on the end of your tap lines? You use 1/4” mfl connectors? If so, simply grab a cheap pond pump, attach some tubing to the barbed attachment and a 1/4” mfl x 1/4” barb piece. Your tap line will connect directly to this piece. Drop the pump into a bowl of your cleaner. Attach some 1/2” silicone tubing to your Perlick spout and run it back to the bowl of cleaner. Turn the pump on and recirc for about 15 mins. Easy PEASY and you get the benefit of the recirculation / agitation.
Mine are flared at both ends as well… my problem was no BLC.
