I have a question about adding fruit to this stout. I have had really good luck with this kit. Last time I made a chocolate-vanilla-coffee combo and it just turned out fantastic. Smooth, creamy, with a hint of everything I had added. I'd like to try it again, but with raspberry this time. My question is how much...raspberry that is. I have done a lot of fruit beers, with success, but mostly wheat. I appreciate any feedback as I get a lot of great info from reading the forum.
