Chocolate milk stout with fruit

I have a question about adding fruit to this stout. I have had really good luck with this kit. Last time I made a chocolate-vanilla-coffee combo and it just turned out fantastic. Smooth, creamy, with a hint of everything I had added. I’d like to try it again, but with raspberry this time. My question is how much…raspberry that is. I have done a lot of fruit beers, with success, but mostly wheat. I appreciate any feedback as I get a lot of great info from reading the forum.

Not sure what fruit beers you have made, especially with a raspberry. But stout is more flavorful so I would hit it with at least 1/2% more. So say you used 1lb/gal use at least 1.5lbs/gal.

Raspberry is a flavor that comes through well (unlike blueberry), and can easily get too overpowering. So, I think 1lb per gallon in a secondary would work well.
Note: my experience with fruit additions is also with wheat ales.

My opinion is with all that other stuff it will be kind muddled. Maybe just the chocolate with the raspberry
