Cherry Wheat Beer

I am brewing Northern’s American Wheat Ale and plan to add tart cherry juice (100% juice with no additives or preservatives). I have 2 questions:

1.) When should I add the juice (end of boil, fermentation, or secondary fermentation)?
2.) How much juice should I add (I have 32 ounces)?

I would add it at the end of fermentation. Because it’s just juice, in the primary is fine. Even if you are saving the yeast for future brews.

Amount? Purely a personal choice. Taste it on a small scale. If you don’t have something to measure 1ml or less, check with your local pharmacy an oral syringe.

Has anyone used Cherry Bay Orchards Tart Juice Concentrate?

Can’t say I’ve every used cherry extract but my suggestion would be to add it after fermentation to taste. Lets you dial in the amount to add.
