Just racked my sour cherry saison on top of the dregs in a keg. First beer in there was a sour cranberry saison then next in was a Pinot noir saison. They were both very good beers this one is a bit thin hopefully some magic happens.
Im drinking a saison brewed in April with a 1lb of flaked wheat and the head is almost like soft serve ice cream.
That sounds incredible. I’m doing a split batch of saison this weekend. Half will go on brett and some other microbes as well as saison yeast and the other 5 gallons will be a clean saison that I’ll add a bottle of pinot noir to during bottling.
I will take large please!!
