I got a deal on the 35L Digiboil for Black Friday
I did my second brew using it today. I don’t brew in it use it for a mash tun. I mashed indoors already but do BIAB in my kettle. I used to collect and treat my water then heat and transfer to my kettle. With this thing I collect, treat, heat, and mash in the one piece of equipment and the move to my gas kettle. It would be a bit small to do a full boil 6 gallon batch but eventually I’ll be switching to 3 gallon batches. I’ll still do the boil out in the garage even with electric
I like brewing in my garage and enjoy being outside
