Anyone had a chance to try the CBC-1 for use as a bottling yeast yet? I know that it is fairly new on the market, but thought someone might have had a chance at some early samples.
I never heard about it before, from the description it sounds like a good. It would be nice if they sold it in something like 3g packs for re-yeasting 5 gallon batches.
It would be nice to hear of some real world experience.
11g works for me. I’ve got 20gals of RIS and BW that needs to be bottled in a couple of weeks. Looks like its still going to be the trusty S-04.
