Wanting to make this recipe, but can’t get Wyeast at my LHBS. I looked at the yeast comparison charts and there isn’t a recomendation. What do you think would be a good substitute from White Labs? Has anyone made this with a WhileLabs yeast with good results? Thanks.
Jamil Zainacheff did an interview with the head brewer at Big Sky Brewing about cloning Moose Drool. He said the yeast Big Sky uses is Fullers, which is WLP002. I’d use that.
