Using the set it and forget it method I hooked up a two liter bottle of 10 percent IPA how long might it take to carbonate.
A week to carb, but another for the CO2 to hydrate. It will be much better then.

I kegged a Chinook IPA about three weeks ago. Fridge temp is about 36 and I set the regulator at 10%. After one week it had some carbonation but not much head. 2nd week poured with nice head but was lost after a minute. 3rd week and beyond I have good carbonation and head retention with some decent lacing on the glass as I drink it.
