I have a batch of cider in the fridge, put it there some 4 months ago, no clearing agents or anything like that. soo, now i’m wondering can i still carbonate this batch? if so how?!

You might want to add some yeast but other wise a batch prime in a bucket with sugar before bottling.
You can use the priming calculator here…
I take it you bottle? As @squeegeethree said I would add a little yeast to the bottling bucket. Or now would be a good time to get into kegging.
i’ll go with the wee bit of yeast not sure about kegging
I keg mine, set the PSI’s at 15, even a bit higher… It comes out very fizzy, which goes away quickly… I can relate to it as champagne… Very dry, heck you can add to it, but you can’t take away it if it’s too sweet. Sneezles61
