Carbohydrates in dry cider

I was just curious if anyone knows what the approximate carbohydrate count is in a dry cider? I figure that if it gets to around 1.000, then all the sugars are gone, right? So then all (or at least most) of the calories would be from the alcohol, which would mean the carbo count is very low.

Or am I showing my total ignorance of the science here?

Any clarification welcomed.

Thanks,

Ron
