Sunday I brewed a dark ipa with an OG of 1.075. I thought I had two packs of 05 but when I went to the fridge, I found 2 packs of 04 and one pack of 05 which I pitched. I have a IIpa that has been fermenting about 4 days with lots of kruesen. Could I top crop some of the kruesen to get my pitch count up in the black ipa?
