Burners: Edelmetall vs. Blichmann Hellfire

I’m trying to decide on a new burner. Any comments or suggestions comparing these two?
And if anyone can tell me how high off the floor the kettle will sit on a Blichmann (stock legs) I’d appreciate it.
Thanks

Edelmetal won’t disappoint. I got the leg extensions for it. Blichman may be a fine burner too.

Thanks for the reply. I have an Edelmetall now and I’m very pleased with it also. The best feature is the precise flame control…
I can really fine tune to keep the boil constant, and reduce during hop additions or adding DME to protect from boil overs.
Dont know that I’ll ever need the high power setting on the hellfire, but 140,000 BTU’s if I need it sounds intriguing.

WHEN I used propane… I had 2 burners… The low heat one was for the HLT… the high pressure one was under the BK… That set up served me well… Get to a boil as fast as you can… then throttle down… my boils were usually vigorous… Sneezles61
