Planning on brewing the recipe in BrewingTV episode 10 CDA Debate that is suppose to be close to Stone’s Self Righteous Ale (one of my favorite beers). Was just wondering if anyone has experience brewing this recipe and what they thought of it? I have scaled the recipe down to a 5gal batch but other than that I haven’t made any changes from the original.
