I see now that Northern Brewer has eliminated its 2-gallon recipe kits. The 1-gallon are too small - not worth the effort. The 5-gallon are too much. I think 2.5 gallon would be perfect. Thanks.
Northern Brewer and @nb_cs_tj rarely, if ever, monitors this forum. Maybe if you garner enough support it might be something they consider. Do you do AG or extract?
Extract
Well just do 2 batches. Splitting an extract kit is easy. Probably cheaper than 2 separate 2 gallon kits as well not to mention much more variety
