Briess Pale DME

I’ve seen this called for in a few recipes now, and the one recipe I really want to make calls for it. Now, why is it that it’s not available? I can’t find it anywhere!

I believe it’s referred to as Golden Light. You could also use the Amber which is a little darker and works well with APA’s

Golden Light:

Sparkling Amber: … amber.html

it is the same as briess golden light, which is a mix of briess 2-row and briess carapils.

Well goddamnit! why would you ever post it as anything other than what it is. :lol: thanks guys. Now I can rest at ease.

I would use Munton’s Light or Extra Light. I like them better than the Briess anyway, more neutral flavor IMO.
