Breiss molasses color

I made a batch of hoppy to be gluten free, i wanted more gravity so at the recommendation of several experts, i doubled the breiss.

Now my question, the brew is bubbeling away all looks good, except the color.

Is is supposed to be yellowish and milky?

I’m not familiar with gluten free brewing but normally any beer you brew will look strange until it is done and settles down. The stuff that makes it look like that should drop out and the beer will clear.

Thanks, its been a week and the top is a little clearer now. Bubbling has slowed. Two or three more weeks and I will rack it and let it sit another two weeks before bottling. Gravity in was 1.10. Have to see when ready to bottle. Looking for 9 up.
