What is the best ambient temperature to bottle condition Irish Red? My basement temp. stays around 67 while the house is a constant 74 right now with the ac.
Your basement is perfect. Higher temps will carb up faster though.
Being carbed doesn’t necessarily mean ready to drink. There’s much to be said about letting a beer age for a few weeks in bottles at cellar temps. 50s to 60s
