Agree with Sneezles, want to keep a light hand with the hops in a blond ale. Otherwise it begins to taste like an APA without a strong malt backbone to hold it up.
Did change the hops. Did use cascade. Og 1.058.did check. Got a krausen going. On. And my blow over tube. Nice busy
