Nice strong begin taste. But ends with a smooth. Feeling like i want more

Not sure how you got it so clear. Every time I’ve used Kveik, the yeast just hangs in there like a hair in a biscuit.

Do use secondary fermenting. And let it stand. Longer than the recipy does say. So this had a fg of 1.010 so means for me. I wait ten days more before i keg. Dont know if i am doing ok but it comes out more clear. But must say not allways. This one came out real clear
