Belgian Dubbel?

Hello I am going to brew a Belgian Dubbel my ? is how should this be fermented. I know with belgian beer’s is that you starter the fermentation at lower temp for like one to two days an slowly let the temp rise… But what a good starting temp for this beer an how high do I let it go up too

What yeast are you using? The packages usually list the “Happy Zone”
Start in a room a few degrees cooler than the happy zone, because the yeast’s “body heat” will warm the inside of the fermenter a bit.
