I was sad - orderer Caribou Slobber kit and some other stuff from NB last weekend and it didn’t arrive this afternoon.
BUT IT DID ARRIVE THIS EVENING!
Water is on heating up.
Second batch. First batch is in secondary.
I see the addiction is taking hold… :cheers:
Just started 60 min timer.
Had to take a break after steeping to get ice for cool down bath.
Rehydrated the yeast, and pitched. Closed up the primary, put the lock in and its bed time.
Yep! My wife says when the Fedex truck pulls up, it’s the most excited she sees me get. I guess that’s sad, on more than one level.
