After taking a nice long hiatus I decided to start brewing again. As with most of my hobbies I find that planned time away keeps the passion alive and makes the hobby much more enjoyable. Special thanks to Denny for helping with the hop schedule. We’ll call it “Back in the game IPA”.

I enjoyed a very smooth brew day once I found everything and cleaned the brew stand up. Can’t wait to taste this one and it’s going to be great having some homebrew on tap again!
