Autolyst

When making any beer, but a lager in paticular; When would autolyst be become a threat. Say after 2 weeks in the primary?

More like 3-4 months at least.

Not only does it take months, you really need to be stirring it periodically to get a significant amount of effect. This is a technique in winemaking, aging sur lie (on the lees) with battonage (stirring). You need to stir weekly for several weeks. It gives a creamy mouthfeel.
