Brewed a SH2B2 (single hop house best bitter) with Super Galena yesterday, kegged a pale ale, racked the SH2B2 on the yeast cake.
Kegged a saison today, and just finished canning 4.5 qts. of starter wort. Time to watch some porn! (BTV

I usually brew 22 gallons every other week so this weekend, I am brewing a Simcoe Session beer which will be a pale ale with all Simcoe. It will be an experimental beer as I have never made it before.
