viewtopic.php?f=9&t=118835And then at the end, you’ll probably want to carbonate using 5/8 cup cane sugar plus sweeten with 1 lb lactose per 5 gallons. On bottling day after fermentation is fully complete, add 2-3 cups water or juice to the sugars and bring to a boil for 10 minutes, then add to the finished cider and bottle immediately. Simple as that. Cider is so friggin easy to make.
