Who knows? It depends on who manufactures it and many manufacturers don’t give you that info.

Not only “Who knows?” but how do you know there is any at all?

If you’re looking for the percentages of NB Gold LME, just chat with customer service through the NB home page. I’ve done that for actually all the other extracts than Gold, and they responded with the exact percentages. :cheers:

For the Briess extracts, I’d imagine they could give percentages if asked over email.
